Sadly I can't offer you a local number, but can explain why the call won't work. 0871 calls are about 10p per minute & many overseas operators can't process this, although I believe some can.

I have read that by calling the toll free "800" number on the back of the card, but preceeding it with 00 (or whatever your IDD access code is) then you might get some joy, but that's ultimately going to land you back in Canada.

FYI - my 25% bonuses have been posting very quickly (i.e at the same time as the flights). These have been AC flights, though, but it's looking quite well ordered from my side.
