Since my annual fee is about to post end of the month I decided to call and make product changes on the card (as the 3K/night on the Premier is now useless with automatic Platinum by holding the Brilliant). Took around 20 minutes to get it done cause the Ritz card requires a 10K credit line (had to move from other cards). The agent also offerred to sign up for Priority Pass so did that with the call as well.
The new annual fee will be charged early next month and card number will stay the same. Thanks for everyone on the information.
