Hi all,
Another BA website SNAFU - been trying for about two weeks to enter my AIPS for a transatlantic booking, but every time I return to MMB it shows "You need to provide more details before you fly" and when I go into the detail nothing I've previously entered has been saved. Tried over multiple different days old design MMB/new design MMB/iPhone app/multiple different web browsers all with the same result. Anyone got any tips / website hacks to make it work so I don't have to spend hours of my life on the never ending hold music of the BA phone lines? Still got about 2 weeks until departure so not overly concerned yet, just irritated with BA's lack of 21st century technology once again.
