I have a rental coming up at LAX and want to add my parents as additional drivers. From a few articles I saw online, the additional driver fee is waived if the additional driver is the primary rent's parent. I cannot find a Hertz-specific webpage to support that. Has anyone successfully done so? I tried calling LAX branch but nobody picked up.
