Not an ideal experience here. This is a huge hotel, so not expecting great service, but as a LTP, wasn't offered any details on the lounge, breakfast options, etc at checkin. Just wanted to drop off my bags and valet my car since I had an appointment, but valet was full. I had to wait until later in the day to valet, at which point I was told I was lucky because I was one of the last people to be able to valet that day. This shouldn't be happening at a major city hotel where the valet is literally just running the car into the garage next door.

When I checked back in later, I was told that the lounge was closed on weekends and then offered points. No breakfast offered. The $25 destination fee is obviously a scam - using that credit at Yard House sounds fine, but there was an hour wait deep into the evening (with about half the tables totally empty and clearly not being used), so the possibility of using it to go grab a drink in the middle of the afternoon wasn't an option. Won't be returning.
