Great review! Sorry to hear about the hiccups with the front desk. Can’t wait to read your review on Zoetry. By chance, when you were booking your stays did you ever consider going to the Hyatt Zilara? TripAdvisor ranks it as the number one resort in the Montego Bay Area.
