I know it's still a bit early, but I'd like to know what the rules on this will be for canceling tickets you can't fly last minute. The language in T&Cs suggests no shows may be penalized and I'm kind of wondering if the $30 per trip taxes would be possible to get refunds for or not.

As we gather data points on people who can't fly and/or request refunds for taxes it'd be useful to know what the results are!
