FWIW, I have seen the agents call for CKs, and 15+ people swarm to the gate. When I get a glimpse of their BPs, almost none of them are CKs but rather people in First (Group 1). No, it's worse than this.
Society has fallen to its lowest common dominator, one's own self. So, social media, mainstream media, has help destroy the notion of following rules, civility, "no, you go first, I will wait my turn".
Everyone is "empowered" to believe they are entitled to be wherever they want to be whenever they want to be, hence the fights we see at airline gates, in aisles, in individual seats.......
I used to love flying any where for any reason, but now, I dread being around the increasing uncivilized world because I fear just what horrible behavior I will see inflicted on my fellow citizens, or God forbid, ME, next.
