I scoured the faqs and the terms and conditions and I could not find any reference to the 2 hours. Re-chatted and got the same line so I asked him to kindly point me to where on the website they list that policy and of course he couldn't. More back and forth and he finally offered me an item credit or refund but i than had to provide a picture of the item.. I took the credit so as to not run the risk of chase clawing back the gopuff credit. All that wasted time and customer ill will over an item I paid $6 for (was actually $10 but i had used a new customer coupon which lowered the cost) I am still tempted to send an email to the local health department who might be interested in a store front selling perishable items 6 months past the sell by date.
