Recipe calls for 1/3 tsp miso. Wouldn't even be noticeable if omitted. Might as well just call it salmon w/ cheese topping.
It's only 60g (2oz) salmon and 10g cheese. I think we could notice the difference between with / without miso.
Incidentally, the portion size on that recipe apparently matches UA's catering targets. 😆
