On the day of checkin both types of deluxe rooms were showing availability but no suites. However I believe in a bit of give and take and as I was checking in around 8.30 am I didn't ask about other room types due to checking in so early.

My assigned city view room was different than the others on the floor as it was built into the curve of the building and shaped like slice of pie as opposed to a rectangle and had two seperate large banks of windows. The room was small but quite comfortable. Also got a strange mix of welcome amenity which was some Andaz Popcorn, Bottle of Wine, Scented Bookmark, a nice card and a branded Andaz Covid Kit (which I assume everyone gets). Minibar was refilled during my stay and was told I could also call down to get it restocked on demand.

Staff were great, breakfast was great. Still offered the drink voucher but I skipped it - happy hour at the adjoining bar is on at the same time, much better just to pay 10 bucks for a proper cocktail or glass of wine.

Loved the location.
Interesting.
I'm currently Globalist and also stayed here over the Easter weekend.
Had an early morning checkin April 7. Was upgraded to "Sea View" on 27th floor. Large King Suite appeared available in WoH app and when I enquired was told "We can't upgrade you to a premium suite".
Also received the popcorn, card, covid kit and bookmark - no wine though so I wonder what their criteria is here.
Mini bar refilled but was only partially refilled on the last evening of my stay.
Water pressure for shower was pretty low for my tastes.
Breakfast was fine although service was a bit uneven - hard to get coffee refills and the like. No line to get a table but they did seem fairly busy.

It was ok but I'll be curious to check out the GH when it reopens.
