One must pay for wifi except for messaging apps (messenger, wechat, whatsapp).

Same here, 50% of my recent flights, wifi was not working at all.

By the way, I was very surprised wifi is complimentary on all domestic Delta flights for members (and even the cabin looks nicer). Sounds like AF and French companies in general are always late about everything.
