If you send praise about an AA employee to AA through Twitter, AA will track the person down, even if you don’t give a name.

However, what happens to the employee?

* Does the employee get told that s/he was praised?
* If so, is the employee given the name or other information about the customer who sent the praise?
* Is the employee’s career helped at all due to the praise?
