Menu same as other USA-EUR this month. Gave the pasta a try and it was decent albeit lacking in sauce. This also appears to be another example of the recent Polaris cross-pollination with domestic F catering (those vegetarian meatballs look a lot like the recently departed Impossible meatballs).

I kind of chuckled at the frozen movie title in the background as it aptly captures UA’s current throw-it-all-on-one-tray approach.

The egg custard tart is tired but now it can be pepped up with some whipped cream from the sundae cart.

Tried the French toast mainly to see what it looked like. Not bad.

Honestly, all criticism aside, I’ve had three post-April 1 mains and all have shown marked improvement in size, taste and presentation.
