Had the Rose loaded.
Got the japanese Fried Tofu dish and it was disappointing. It seemed to be an attempt at age-dashi tofu but the sauce was too lightly flavored to stand up in the air and veggies were mostly mushy. The one small piece of kabocha was tasty.
Still not sure what "happo carrots" are supposed to be as they were just plain steamed carrots cut rangiri style. Did not try the appetizer but husband said the shrimp were not good.
