Qatar Gold shows as Ruby on Iberia
The other day I was flying with Iberia in economy. Between two EU cities.
Boarding started and instinctively I went to board with group one. I was turned away and was told that I was Ruby in one world. This was confirmed by a boarding pass that said Ruby. When I check online QR Gold is sapphire and I should have been allowed to board with group one.
I showed the attendants at the gate my QR Gold card which only expires in October and they said sure but we can’t let you board as the boarding pass is the ultimate truth.

Anyway not really worried about group one boarding. Really concerned that my status is not aligned in one world. Has anyone else seen this?
