SEA-KEF-OSL rt on Iceland air...in coach. I don't fly so much anymore and the trip put me close enough to MVP that they offered it me for $600 (I think?). I didn't take them up on it.

Long duration flights are tough on my family (and business is tough on my wallet). The connection in KEF from SEA is awesome to Europe.
