What I have usually done in that case (not just for OZ but in general for an international airline who is not responsive) is one of two things.
First you can use an IP calling app to call their main call center. I personally use Google Voice for this as it seems to always be the cheapest. Calls from the US to South Korea are $0.02 per minute to land lines and $0.01 a minute to mobile phones. So you could be on the phone with them for 90 minutes and the total cost for the call would be $1.80. Obviously your time is worth something as well.
Another option is to reach out to the airlines on social media (primarily Facebook or Twitter). I have had particular good luck with this when flying on QR.
