I've seen hundreds of people become belligerent and argumentative when told they were getting shut down for the day. What I've never seen, is someone drag out the episode for that long, especially once the police arrived. That is usually always a wake up call, even to the drunkest person, that the party's over. Then, to cry like a baby as he was being handcuffed, and act like he couldn't believe it was happening....I'm quite sure the guy might have already been intoxicated, but to my eye there was something else going on as well. Maybe he was on some psychoactive drugs, or he's mentally ill in some other regard. I just don't think this was solely due to booze.
Yea. I haven't seen the wild swing from argumentative to crying that we have seen here.

If it went down exactly, then you'd want a guy who was throwing threats around on the plane? You don't get a mulligan if you behave like a fool.

Flight attendants have the right to a safe and harassment free workplace too.
