Good to know and thank you for the insight. I've usually only seen this message when the operating airline seats get booked into Economy.

In the meantime, I've had a call placed in to Copa and they confirmed that the seats did book into BC, so at least that worry is settled now. They helped me select seats as well, but those aren't visible anywhere. I'll wait it out for some time though since the Copa agent did say it takes the CM and AF systems time to sync up.
