Copa and Air France seating issue

I've just bought a ticket, issued by Air France, which includes a LIM-PTY segment on Copa Airlines. While buying the tickets it was clear that we were being booked into business class. But once the ticket has been issued, on the AF and KLM websites it shows as being "one class of service", which usually happens when the partner airline operates only economy. Logging into the booking on the Copa website I also see that the ticket is booked into the Economy cabin with a fare family of Economy Saver (J).

I called up the PSL and they see the ticket being issued fully in business as well. Has anyone got experience with Copa on a AF/KL ticket and how I might be able to get seats assigned in the business cabin? Or at least the ticket corrected?
