If you want a smoke-free property (rooms, casino, and restaurants) then NoMad or Park is the way to go. NoMad is accessible by indoor or outdoor walkway to Aria with pretty much just the WA in between; I would not consider its location to be Siberia, imo Mandalay Bay would be Siberia. NoMad has its own pool or you can use Park's three pools.

Vdara is smoke free rooms but the casino and restaurants will be Aria which isn't that bad generally smoke wise but isn't smoke free.

Neither has great access to the convention center and both would require a bit of a walk to a monorail station or drive or uber.
