I really hate queuing for the gents for a quick visit.,, I’ll head downstairs which is ridiculous. Just do a large modern gents bathroom with urinals and cubicles!

And yes, the whole place needs some TLC if a major overhaul isn’t on the cards. Presumably there’s no budget for a full time maintenance man with a few quid of reactive maintenance budget
