Note: Not a random snarky comment. Just spent 20 minutes trying to unsuccessfully modify a modifiable ticket. AF app, KL app, website all stopped working at some point in the process. Had to call the TA for what could have been a 5-minute process. At this point I'm happy when I see something work, such as when a booking loads quickly on the app, stops blinking, and every button works flawlessly. So random bugs are to be expected these days.
