On a points stay in December, I think we got raid the bar credit, though it wasn't mentioned at check in, but was off the bill. By the time we left check in, our hands were full, having been handed a cold welcome drink, a glass of something sparkling, a coffee mug for using the secret social password, and an iced cookie for being repeat guests! Then, at some point on the first day, we we came back to the room to find a very nice cheese platter, so I think that was the gift. Actually, I've just remembered that I am still on Diamond level, so maybe thats why we had both a gift and the credit.

Our upgrade was to a pool view room ( I believe they were called Spa suites the previous year) when we had booked a North Sound view room.
