The APU was off line whilst they fixed something, and when we boarded it was hot but not unbeareable. We were delayed 30 mins after "boarding complete" for paperwork to be finished but no top ups and no water runs in club for what was already a warm cabin. I fear for BA this summer as well. If they are struggling in April including poor ground staff at the gates i dread to think how the summer months will pan out. Other than a great experience in the B Lounge, check in was a breeze with no queue and fast security. It went downhill at the gate and onboard!!
