Having just spent a fair bit of time in the company of American Airlines over the last week, the difference in ground support is stark. It is saying something when, as GGL, I feel far better supported and valued on AA than I ever do on BA. Additionally, boarding is orderly, no issue with bags on board, timely departures most of the time, the lounges are generally not packed (LAX/JFK) and on board the service has been pretty good throughout all my trips.

Fast forward to BA where boarding is absolutely shambolic, everyone is antsy about bag space, status holders seem to take on an air of arrogance unseen elsewhere, aircraft rarely away on time and ground experience is woeful.

Regards
