Amex newbie (to annual fee cards at least). I applied for the personal platinum in June 2022, as I've read it appears the optimal time to ask for a retention bonus is 11 months after opening? I just assumed I'd need to wait until the annual fee posts to even have a shot at a retention offer but I wanted to ask. Spend will be $6-$7k and have paid for 3 AU's upon signing up last year.
