First flew AF in 1998 JFK-CDG on 747-400. Return CDG-IAD on what seemed to be a 747-100 but possibly a 200 - non smoking flights but the pilots were puffing away in the cockpit during my visit there. This was back in the days when L'Espace 180 was perhaps the greatest thing in the sky.
