Most of the Heathrow experience is poor. Slow lounge staff, full flounge , waiting for gate staff after landing , over an hour waiting for bags, random boarding routine. I’ve just had a couple of weeks round Macao Hong Kong and Taipei on finnair from Helsinki and Eva Air in the region and the difference is eye-opening. Bags off first, bags waiting after immigration, orderly boarding, great lounge service. BA should get some of what THEY’RE having. It can be done just not by BA and Heathrow.
