Worst case scenario is no upgrade and 1 king bed. That'd be very problematic. Dang. And no availability at Hyatt Regency either that weekend. Am I missing options besides paying cash? (I would consider it but losing rhe guest of honor benefit would be a deal breaker, half the reason I'm excited sending her is the breakfast!)
Cash prices really put this place into a whole different league, to me. I'm not sure I'd ever pay this amount to stay here in cash. I do like it but those cash numbers wouldn't make me feel good - I don't think I'd enjoy a stay knowing I'm paying that much. I think I'd be resentful.
