Yeah, that's the page that generated even more confusion. Starting from there, I had 3 conversations with different phone agents, everyone told me that the visa request MUST be made (and paid, since there are extra insurance costs) during booking since it is not possible to make it later on. When asking about the 90 days, this morning the agent told me the following words: "you have to book on November if you want to travel on December so you can immediately get the visa for free. If you book now, you have to take into consideration the extra cost of the visa". Also other members had similar replies, so I don't really know what to tell you unfortunately.
