Ugh, same thing happened to me recently, realized 217K points expired at the end of Feb. I had made a redemption in September 2022 that I ended up cancelling - wouldn't that have counted as activity? Never got an email or heads up that my points were about to expire. Did I somehow hit an edge case where the redemption activity made the system think there was some activity so it didn't send me a reminder email, but ultimately it doesn't count it as qualifying activity and still expired my points? I'm going to try the lurker route, thanks for the suggestion
