Hi, can anyone please help me find the reason for the delay of BA56 on April 9. It landed at LHR at 06:54 (scheduled 05:30) and I missed my connection to OSL and was rebooked the next day.

The announcement before take-off was that they needed to offload the luggage belonging to passengers who suddenly were not flying and then a sudden change in runway (due to weather) causing further delays.

I arrived in Oslo 24 hours late and would like to claim compensation.
