I'd agree with the OP to be honest, aubergine and olives are strong flavours and I'm not sure I'd be putting either in a kids' meal. Add in the cherry tomoatoes and I think a lot of kids, especially younger kids, would be turning their nose up at that.

It looks good to my eye, but my 4yo is far from a fussy eater and I think it'd be a hard sell to her.
