I get this error message:

"Sorry, this offer is only available for IHG Rewards Premier and Business Premier Credit Cardmembers. If you've received this message in error, contact IHG Customer Care: 1 (877) 424-2449."

I've called that phone # and they gave me another number or told me to reach out to Chase. Will follow up there when I have some more time.
