It seems common for Diamond Ambassadors to be upgraded pre-arrival. But for some reason, I got a 4-night stay in this hotel next week with the cheapest room booked months ago but no pre-upgrades showing in app. In comparison, my booking in IC HKGS for June has already been upgraded.
