Im not sure I really follow what it is going on here. There are no flights from WAW to JER.

It is far too late to see any information but I’m assuming you were travelling JER-LHR-BRU?

It is not for you to prove anything, simply follow the advise in the main EU 261 thread and you will now be able to proceed via CEDR/MCOL. Any LHR JER LHR rotation will originate out of LHR and if BA had a shortage of airport or home standby crew that day it is on BA and in their control.
