Just took this flight to and from HKG. Only two counters open for J to check-in, not ideal when one counter was dealing with a pax who couldn't communicate in Eng and was holding up a line. Food onboard was mediocre at best with both options lacking any effort or inspiration, felt more like PE than J food with everything servced in one tray and lackluster taste. Cabin crew came around offering pre-departure drinks, usual juice and champagne. Don't see the reason to pay or redeem for this time of seat, especially if it's not in 1-2-1 configuration
