It seems that they sometimes upgrade to a Ninenzaka Suite in place of the Park Suite. It also seems that when they first opened there were 4 suites classified as Park Suites, 2 with outside views, and 2 as Ninenzaka Suites but they re-classified so that they are now 2 Park Suites and 4 Ninenzaka Suites, probably to reduce the use of suite upgrade awards. There was also no Garden View Room when they first opened, but they reclassified some of the standard rooms to reduce the use of free night awards.
