A few questions:
1. I am planning on becoming globalist in a month (thru the bilt promo), and I have a 4 night stay at the andaz booked for the end of June. Once I am globalist, if plans change and I'm unable to go, can I change that visit to a guest of honor stay for my wife? I guess this is just a general Hyatt question if award stays can be converted to guest of honor stays.

2. I have a base king room booked because that's the only option. If I'm unable to go, my wife will go with a friend, so I'm wondering what are the chances they would be able to upgrade the room to any 2 queen room. I don't even care about a suite. Seems like they have several 2 queen rooms that come up for the cash rate. Id hope as a globalist guest of honor stay she wouldn't have a problem getting a room with 2 queen beds?
