Yep. FAs weren't very friendly to customers who baggage had to be checked. One woman had a backpack that would have fit under her seat and they refused to let her even try. Just threw a baggage tag her way and told her to pick up baggage when she arrived. Honestly even with more senior FAs one of the least friendly crews I've had in a long time (but I don't fly much with WN anymore).
Sadly, this shows both lack of training (new FA didn't know front bins were smaller on older planes) and lack of judgement. If you are an FA and you hear a part of the plane begin to loudly crack as you push it but then decide to force it harder since "it worked before" then maybe its time to take a pause and think about what you are doing. Wouldn't want that FA doing that with a door or something.
