This is definitely subjective, but I'm not sure if every FA would offer a menu to someone that pre-orders a special meal like Stripe did. It's kind of like, "...and here's a list of things you're not getting and we don't have any extras to give you." That said, at least with the wellness meals, unlike most special meals, the dessert on the menu would be the one course still applicable. If they didn't get a menu in this case I wouldn't necessarily blame it on the FA or catering.
