Annual fee posted April 3rd. I called the number on my card asking for retention offers. I specifically said “I just recently saw that my annual fee just posted to my account. I’m considering closing the card and I was wondering if you could pull up any retention offers to help me make my decision”.

CSR came back and offered me 5k bonus points which I accepted. I’m currently entering the 4th year with this card and it is certainly my most used!
