T3 was always bad for boarding with BA. Like KARFA I have also commented that it always seemed as if it was the first time the gate staff had boarded a plane. It was shambolic. Every single time. On a recent occasion at T5 the PA for the gate we were at was broken but the staff persisted in trying to make announcements despite having been told no one could hear them. Ultimately they had to use the PA from the adjacent gate. A lot of this is simple, common sense stuff and yet it seems beyond the competency of a lot of people unfortunately.
