Short answer: No, I haven't.
But it is funny you brought this up. I was going to use perhaps an even more egregious example - a J flight on AC (YVR-BNE) that was going for 410k+ each way. That's what it was pricing out as a few months ago, anyway. When I searched on Friday, I noticed it went down to 73k - and I snagged two seats and cancelled the 55k FJ one-stop itinerary (YVR-NAN-BNE) I had booked using AS miles. That shaves several hours off the flight and gets my wife and I a proper lie-flat on AC rather than the angle lie-flat on the FJ A330s.
Essentially, I owe you a debt of gratitude for this comment
