Japan to USA Polaris 4/2023 menu
Flew United 804 (HND-IAD) on 7 April. Didn’t take food pics but chicken was good. I assume the Japanese meal is the fish but it’s not clear from the menu and seems to be counter to what United said it would do in April.
If this is United bringing back the Japanese meal options for flights to/from Japan, it is really lame.
Instead of adding the option, they have just taken one of the choices and made it be the Japanese option.
And to add confusion as OP commented, not very clear that it is in fact the Japanese option.
