I find the rooms rather... drab and cheap. I find the current Dream portfolio [aside from the Meyer Davis-designed Nashville hotel] to be passé, and given the whole "nightlife/party" vibe they've had, I always ask myself what hasn't been properly scrubbed/washed/reupholstered - and this place has my mind screaming.

More Hyatts are always a good thing, but <300 million USD for this? Hmm.
