As VS are now part of SkyTeam, Flying Club; members can now (in theory) earn and spend their points on the other SkyTeam airlines.

It is clear however, that the transition onto the alliance has not been exactly seamless, and there have been lots of reports of IT and other issues.

The purpose of this thread is for people to report experiences, and ask questions about spending and earning on the SkyTeam airlines.

If, in the future, the thread is top heavy with any particular carrier(s), I will split posts off into their own thread.

Please bear with me as I transfer posts over from other threads.

This is being done to (hopefully) stop several threads running on the same subject and to give people a single point of reference for SkyTeam Points issues.
