Sorry to resurrect an old topic, but as I previously posted, I have an IB JFK-MAD J award segment followed by a MAD-DOH QR J segment. There’s now 2hr40 mins scheduled time between the two segments. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like OLCI for my QR flight is working, so probably will have to rely on the transfer desk. Can anyone confirm what time the desk opens? The JFK-MAD (IB6250h flight has been consistently coming in early before 0600. And if the transfer desk idea doesn’t work, anyone have any tips for the fastest way to get through passport control and back to the check in hall at T4? Thanks so much!
